Confidence Researcher. Author. Coach. Founder of the Mentally Strong Institute.
Dr. Cindra Kamphoff has spent more than 20 years studying one question: What helps people believe in themselves and perform at their best—especially when it matters most?
Cindra is an award-winning keynote speaker, Executive Performance Coach, and founder of the Mentally Strong Institute. She has worked alongside some of the world’s highest performers—from executives and entrepreneurs to professional athletes and Olympians—including the Minnesota Vikings and members of the U.S. Track & Field team at the Tokyo Olympics.
She is the author of The Confidence Habit: 7 Core Practices to Transform Self-Doubt into Self-Belief, which translates the science of confidence into practical tools people can use every day.
Cindra also led a national research study examining confidence in America and the barriers that keep people—especially women—from fully believing in themselves and their abilities.
Confidence isn’t something you’re born with. It’s something you can build.
Through the Women’s Confidence Academy, Dr. Cindra brings together the science of performance psychology, decades of coaching experience, practical confidence-building tools, and the power of community to help women quiet their inner critic, trust themselves more, and take courageous action.
Cindra is also the host of the High Performance Mindset podcast, which has more than 4 million downloads and ranks among the top 0.5% of podcasts worldwide.
When she’s not speaking, coaching, teaching, or recording her podcast, you’ll likely find Cindra running. She’s completed 15 marathons—including five Boston Marathons—and lives in Minnesota with her husband and two sons.
